Both parties will select 3 potential dates. The mediator will choose the final date making a good faith effort to accommodate both parties’ preferences.
During the session, the Mediator will meet with both sides separately to hear their perspective. Then the Mediator will ask detailed questions to both parties based on the statements and evidence. The Mediator will make every effort to assist you in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution. A typical mediation session takes three hours, although more time may be necessary.
Your Mediator will issue a Settlement Agreeement within 7-14 business days.
